In general, therapeutic coaches are certified in teaching skills and methods that address, transform, and radically improve:

  • Coping Skills & Resilience
  • Positive & Successful Outlook
  • Confidence
  • Relationship Issues
  • Divorce
  • Self-Worth
  • Parenting Struggles
  • Communication & Leadership Skills
  • Mindset & Attitude
  • Better Emotional Health

Hilary is a skilled resilience trainer. She uses an Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction Process (IBSR) called The Work® which can be likened to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). If you thoroughly integrate these tools  into your life, the hope is that you will experience better life quality and emotional health. See barriers fall away, enjoy life, be a change-maker, feel empowered, master your mindset, lead your life from a calm, peaceful, well-balanced state of being.

She teaches a process similar to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however, she is not a clinician, or psychologist. Research supports her methods are equally as effective, although different than clinical therapy. Her goal is to empower and heal, teaching people simple and powerful skills so they no longer need therapy. Her work can be both secular and faith-based. Corporate (both on location and via Zoom), private, group, and couples work is available.

Her groups are more like classes, and are confidential (no personal or private sharing is required in order to benefit from learning techniques taught). Zoom is available.

*Hilary is not a clinician nor a therapist and her coaching is not medical in nature, nor does she diagnose, she does not give legal or pharmaceutical advice.
