I insisted on finding joy and purpose, and God led me to some great tools in the deepest of valleys. He knew my life was too complicated for anything but simple, practical, and uncomplicated methods. I have healed my own trauma, become increasingly resilient, have found levels of "success" (at least by my definition) and have attained joy and purpose sharing these proven methods with others.
