You and Hilary will discuss the vision and goals for your event and your group.
This will be an opportunity to ask questions and develop a personalized plan to meet those goals.
Plan on 60 minutes.
A contract with a proposal will be sent to you within 7 business days of your meeting.
Hilary will create a custom presentation, keynote, or all-day training to align with your goals.
You will meet again to discuss any technical needs, flight arrangements, etc.
A retainer is paid to hold the schedule position.
Prior to the event, we'll deliver an ENTRY SURVEY to asses your audience on your behalf based on your specific KPI's.
Hilary will deliver the training, keynote, workshop or panel presentation.
After the event, an EXIT SURVEY will be collected.
This is a brief follow-up meeting at least 7 days after the event, where Hilary can present the personalized Impact Report and receive feedback.
We guarantee positive results or the next training is on us.

Hilary is working on the FIRST EVER COMPREHENSIVE STUDY of pediatric medical trauma. Her specialty since 2011 has been administering to special needs caregivers, currently leading an international (mainly US) group of almost 3000 pediatric heart transplant caregivers, Hilary leads workshops and supports parents 1:1 all over the country.

At HARTT Coaching we use an Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (IBSD) method that is similar to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.(CBT) but it is not clinical in nature. Not only that, but Hilary has spent the last 15 years, aligning IBSR with Biblical Principles - so you can be sure that what you are learning isn't just human-inspired - it is God-breathed.
