Healing is not a one-size-fits all. If you are unsure of the right fit for you or your family, schedule a free 30-minute consult. We accept HSA/FSA insurance cards, and cash/credit. Flexible payment plans are available, otherwise fees are due at time of service. Card is required to hold a space.

Personalized and private one-on-one therapeutic work either in person in Fairview, UT, or online via Zoom.
COUPLES/PARENTAL COACHING/COUNSELING SESSION
Learn simple tools to use with your child(ren), and/or in your marriage as you seek ways to support and heal your family. Best for couples or families with specific issues or pain points in an otherwise healthy marriage.
If the couples or family have deeply rooted or systemic issues, it is suggested to take Hilary's 12-week course to be most effective.
In person in Fairview, UT, or online via zoom.
ROOTED & RESILIENT MARRIAGE - 12 WEEK COACHING/COUNSELING COURSE
Take my 12-week course as a couple in order to fully integrate the tools I teach into your marital life - address pain points in your marriage by healing individually, then use common language and tools to apply a healthier dynamic in your marriage.
This is a course that will positively change the dynamic in your marriage and your entire family.
*This course requires that couples meet individually with Hilary at least two times prior to enrolling in this 12-week course.
In person or via zoom.
ROOTED & RESILIENT FAMILY - 12 WEEK COACHING/COUNSELING COURSE
Take my 12-week course as a family in order to fully integrate the tools I teach into your family life - your family will finish this course with a set of invaluable coping skills, a shared language to work through relationship (and life) challenges, and more peace, healing, and self-worth as individuals.
This is a course that will positively change the dynamic in your entire family.
On location in family's home (within 20 miles), in Fairview, UT or via zoom.
LATE CANCEL OR NO-SHOW FEE
I require 48 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled appointment. If given less than that, I will try to fill it, and if I cannot, this fee will be assessed.
